The Security option is available under PageLightPrime settings.
The Security page contains various roles such as the Administrator, Invoice Creator and other such.
Administrators are the only ones who can access the whole functionality of the application.
Invoice Creators can create time entries and expenses that can be useful during invoice generation. Note that the Invoice Creator should be a team member of the matter for which the time entries and expenses are being created.
Invoice Approvers can carry out the same duties as that of an Invoice Creator and in addition be capable to approve the Invoices.
Finance Users work with accounts, time entries & expenses, invoices report and will be able to access them.
Report User is one who works with reports and views them.
Trust Payment Approvers are the ones who approve the trust payment or the client payment.
