Click on the "Matters" link on the top.
A page appears displaying all the Cases created before.
To create a new Matter/ Case click "Create Case" button on the right.
A page like the below prompting for case related details appears.
Enter the details such as the Client Name, Case Name, Case Number, Practice Area of the Case, Open Date, Close Date etc.
Also assign the Team Members who are related to the Matter. These Team Members should be created before as Contacts in order to be looked up as Responsible Attorney or Originating Attorneys.
Only the assigned Team Members can edit or read the Case related information.
